All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days nationwide.

Shipping Charges: Standard delivery fee applies at checkout (Free shipping may apply on promotional orders above a certain limit).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready upon delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at support@fizeglow.store or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with images of the package.
